Maison Michel - Spring Summer 2013 Collection

Here is the beautiful Spring/Summer '13 collection from Maison Michel, the Parisian couture millinery extraordinaire, designed by Laetitia Crahay, head of accessories & jewellery for Chanel and Artistic Director of Maison Michel and photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. I have a strong love for the house of Maison Michel and the beautiful designs Laetitia Crahay creates as they always have this effortless and enchanting quality about them whether it's a cat-ear headband or a wide brim hat each piece is beautiful, unique and full of charm. This Spring/Summer collection is no different and some of my favourite pieces featured are the 'Yoko headband', 'Pierce hat', and the 'Bibi Yoko' pieces, but I'll be honest I'd be happy to own any of the pieces I'm featuring here! Spring Summer 2013 Handbag Wishlist

The Spring/Summer season is just around the corner, the collections are filling the stores so it is only fitting that I have a wish-list for S/S and I have put together my choices for the most need-worthy handbags for this upcoming season. Bright jewel colours are trending along with neautral tones and natural textures such as raffia, wood (yes wood, just check out the clutch from Givenchy), prints and not specific prints as such more, any print counts. Of course this is a wish-list for a reason because I'm pretty sure the total cost of all these bags combined would probably equal the price of an apartment in the centre of Paris, but a girl can stare at these pretty pictures and dream... Enjoy!

Jewellery: Repossi Spring-Summer 2013 Collection

One of my absolute favourite Joailliers is the legendary brand Repossi, and this is their Spring/Summer 2013 collection. For this collection we see a refreshed and re-working of some of the brands most popular styles for example, the Berbère ring and the Berbère ear cuff has been given a pop of colour set with beautiful turquoise stones. I adore the style of jewellery now associated with Repossi which is youthful and contemporary but still remaining true to the traditional craftsmanship, something that is always a recipe for success- blending old with new and creating something iconic when its done well, like Artistic Director Gaia Repossi does so well. Enjoy...

Shoes: Manolo Blahnik Spring-Summer 2013 Collection

Here is the Spring/Summer collection from iconic shoe designer Manolo Blahnik. What I love about Mr. Blahnik's shoes are that he always manages to maintain his classic shapes and silhouettes but always reinvent them each season to keep his designs modern and fresh yet always timelessly classic. In this collection there is different textures, colour and pattern combinations, classic neutrals and some embellishments for evening wear too, all of the above making the perfect mix for a successful Spring/Summer collection. Wish list at the ready...
