As a fan of pretty much all forms of dance it will be clear why this editorial from the November issue of WSJ (Wall Street Journal) Magazine instantly grabbed my attention. The shapes and clean lines, the great styling, the energy... I just adore these pictures.

Playing It Cool

This beautiful shot by Annie Leibovitz, from an editorial entitled 'Playing It Cool' featured in the September issue of Vogue US has fuelled my excitement for my favourite season, Autumn/Winter. Style-wise it's my favourite season as I have mentioned on here before- knitwear, hats, boots, layering, rich colours are all reason why I love it so much. I have an absolute true love and passion for coats, so this picture, as beautiful and striking as it is, really made me wish for Autumn to begin as soon as possible!

Editorial: Joan Smalls by Mario Sorrenti for Vogue Paris June/July 2013 Issue

There is only one word to describe this editorial- HOT. The editorial is from Vogue Paris June/July issue and is appropriately titled, 'Les Feux de la Nuit' which means 'The heat of the night' and is featuring one of my favourite models Joan Smalls and was photographed by one of my favourite photographers Mario Sorrenti. It is one of the best editorials I have seen in a while, each picture is as striking as the next, Joan looks incredible and the entire editorial is just beautifully photographed. Truly magnifique and sexy.

Joan Smalls, 032c Magazine Fall-Winter 2012

I am in love with this editorial from 032c Magazine's Fall/Winter '12 issue because it's utterly stunning, and also becasue I found myself Oohh-ing and Ahh-ing at each picture (it's been a while since an editorial has had that effect on me). Entitled "Explicit Nature" the fashion ed features pictures that are strong, natural, modern and very unique, which helps really when you have a model with a jaw-dropping natural beauty as Joan Smalls has, showing us all exactly why she deserves her number 1 model in the world title. This ed was photographed by Sean & Seng and was styled by Mel Ottenberg. Most definitely my favourite editorial in quite a while. Enjoy!

Joan Smalls - Fendi FW12 Campaign

Here's yet another ad campaign for the FW12 collections, this time I'm loving this beautifully shot campaign from Fendi. Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld and modelled by Joan Smalls, the campaign is full of beautiful autumnal jewel tones against a stunning backdrop of a vineyard in Chianti, Italy. Even though there's a little too much fur and exotic skins in these pictures for animal lover me, I still think each picture showcases the collection beautifully. Job very well done Mr. Lagerfeld.

Joan Smalls & Karlie Kloss - W Magazine July 2012

I knew the second I saw this great editorial from W Magazine's July issue I had to share it with you all. Photographed by Steven Meisel, styled by Edward Enninful and modeled by Joan Smalls and Karlie Kloss it is entitled "Super Modern Super Model" and my, that was the most perfect title for this editorial. Joan and Karlie are throwing some serious supermodel poses and shapes, each photo is utterly flawless. One thing I also love in an editorial from time to time is to see movement in the clothes, rather than a still pose all the time, movement in a photo brings life to the clothes and I love that this shoot is full of movement and life.
